They know they have the problem, they know they want it solved, and they’re deciding who to hire or what to buy. Your booking link and your buy button already work on these people.

Only your warmest prospects are ready to act today.
And that’s the smallest part of the market.
At any given moment, only a small slice of the people who could hire you or buy from you are ready to do it today. If “book a call” or “buy now” is your only call to action, that slice is the entire market you’re selling to.
The next group is much bigger, and they’re already in your world. They read your posts, they know you exist, they have the problem you solve. They’re just not ready to get on a call with a stranger, or put a card in, on the strength of one post. With no lower-stakes way to raise their hand, they read, nod, and disappear.
You spend countless hours posting content. But if the only door is a booking link or a buy now button, you keep just the few who happened to be ready now and lose the rest.
Something isn’t working, but something is holding them back. Maybe it’s doubt, a bad experience last time, or no conviction yet that paying anyone is the answer. A call or a checkout page is too big a first step. So they do nothing.
This is who we build forThey feel the problem but haven’t connected it to buying anything yet. A longer game, and not what this is for.
The fix isn’t more content. It’s giving that middle group a lower-stakes way to raise their hand and get to know you better.
A first step
they’ll actually take.
Start with a lead magnet. After our first project, we can build post-call booklets, sales books, and other written pieces to support the rest of your sales process.
A done-for-you lead magnet that gives your almost-ready prospects something smaller to say yes to.
Built around your expertise, your offer, and one specific problem your ideal client already knows they have. The guide itself is the core of every project. The page copy that gets people to download it, and the emails that follow, can be built alongside it. Plug the finished thing into the content you’re already posting.
From an idea to
business breakthrough.
As a coach I had an idea for a lead magnet book, but I lacked all the skills to actually get it done, published, and online.
Martin helped to make the whole project a reality in less than a month. He took care of production, the writing, the cover, and the overall publishing strategy.
We ended up with a full 130 page book, that got 100s of Amazon 5-star reviews, and over 100,000 in downloads. The leads this book brought in also resulted in over $1.5 million in coaching and course sales.

How the Right Words
Can Generate Seven Figures
I built a publishing business that paid seven figures in book royalties. Lead magnets helped make it happen.
Growing my author newsletter taught me what a useful piece of writing can do: earn attention, build a relationship, and turn readers into repeat customers. That business gave me the freedom to retire at 30.
Then Rob O’Rourke asked me to build a lead magnet from scratch for his coaching business. That project is the case study above. He was so happy with the result that we worked together again on a sales asset for his new business (case study in progress). It made me realize I could help more people, which gave birth to Prospectus Press.
What you’re buying isn’t a copywriter with a template and a ChatGPT subscription. I built lead magnets for my own business first, then did it for a client in another industry, and now I oversee the process with my boutique studio.
What working
together looks like.
Three steps from the form below to a finished lead magnet.
Everything happens async over email, on your schedule. You hand over material once at the start, then review at two points — the angle, and the draft. Nothing else needs your time unless you prefer more frequent communication.
Send the details.
Fill in the form with your business, your audience, and what you want the lead magnet to achieve. You get an honest reply by email.
We build it.
Send over what you already have — posts, program material, sales-call transcripts, anything written. We find the angle, then write and produce the guide. You review twice: once on the angle, once on the draft.
You put it to work.
The finished guide goes out with the content you’re already posting, giving the almost-ready group something to say yes to while you get on with the work.

The things
people ask first.
How much does a project cost?
Projects start at $5,000 for a 10–20 page lead magnet, written and designed, ready to send to your followers. Where a project lands above that depends on the length of the guide and how much of the surrounding system you want built with it. You get a fixed price before any work starts.
How long does it take?
Three to four weeks for most projects. Rob’s book — 130 pages, cover, and publishing strategy included — went from idea to live in under a month.
What do I actually end up with?
A finished lead magnet, written and designed and ready to hand out. Optionally we can write the page copy that gets people to download it, and the emails that follow, written to turn a download into an inquiry or a sale.
Do you work with my kind of business?
The work fits anyone selling expertise at a price where just one new client or customer already pays for the project — coaches, consultants, course creators, agencies, specialist service firms. What matters more than the category is whether you already have attention you’re not capturing. If you’re selling a low-priced product to a cold audience, this isn’t the right fit and we’ll say so.
What if I already have a lead magnet that isn’t working?
Common. Usually it’s written for the wrong reader, tries to cover too much at once, or gives away so much that nobody needs to hire anyone afterwards. We’ll tell you which it is before rebuilding anything.
What if I’m not happy with the draft?
Two reviews are built into every project. The first is on the angle, before a word of the guide is written — that’s the cheapest place to change direction, and where most changes happen. The second is on the finished draft, and revisions at that stage are included within the agreed scope. We’ll work with you until you’re happy with the product, or issue a full refund — so you risk nothing.
Who owns the finished work, and is it confidential?
You own everything we produce, outright, and your name goes on it. The material you send us — program content, transcripts, client examples — stays confidential and is never reused for anyone else.
Do I need my own landing page and email tool?
You need somewhere to host the page and send the emails, and most people already have both. We write what goes in them. If you need help setting these up, we can discuss it.
Do you use AI to write this?
The thinking, the angle, and the writing are performed by humans. We use AI to optimize our processes, but we won’t hand you a sloppy guide made in five minutes with ChatGPT.
What happens after I send the form?
You get a reply by email with an honest read on whether this is a fit and what we’d suggest building. Everything runs async over email — there’s no call to schedule unless you prefer to have one.
Your expertise.
